There are two ways to get support within the Voxer Business app.
On iPhone, navigate to the Settings button from the main screen on the app (located in the upper left corner) and select Support. On Android, tap your device Settings button and select Support. Here you will see two options -- Help and Support and Send Feedback.
Help and Support will navigate you to the Voxer Support help desk where you can find how-to pages, FAQ's, video tutorials and more!
The Send Feedback button will populate a form you can fill out with your email, subject and detailed information of the problem or question you have about the app and one of our customer service representatives will contact you shortly.
