There are several ways to cancel a Voxer Pro or Pro+AI subscription (cancellation instructions vary). If you cannot locate your subscription via your Google Play account settings or Apple Account settings you may want to double check to see if you have signed up via Voxer for Web.
iOS in-app purchases
If you signed up for Voxer Pro or Pro+AI within the app on an iPhone via the app store:

*Deleting or deactivating the app will not cancel your subscription.
*Be sure you're logged into the correct Apple account to show the subscriptions associated with that same account (email).
Google Play in-app purchases
If you signed up for Voxer Pro or Pro +AI within the app on an Android via the play store:

Purchases through Voxer for Web (online)
If you signed up for Voxer Pro or Pro+AI on Voxer for Web, You can cancel your subscription from the web app only if you purchased it on the web and manage your own billing.
You cannot cancel your plan here if:
- It was purchased through the App Store or Google Play (see above for both cases)
- It is paid for by another user
Steps to cancel (web subscriptions)
- Click the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the Settings menu
- Select PRO + AI

Click Cancel Plan

Review the cancellation details
- Confirm to cancel your plan
What happens after you cancel
- Your plan remains active until the end of your billing period
- You keep Pro + AI features until that date
- Your plan will not renew after the current period
If don’t see “Cancel Plan”
