I have two iOS subscriptions with Voxer, how do I cancel one?

If you currently have two Voxer subscriptions on your iOS device (one Pro yearly and one Pro + AI yearly), we recommend canceling your Pro yearly subscription to avoid double billing.

Here is how to cancel your Pro yearly subscription.

1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap “Subscriptions”
4. You should see two Voxer subscriptions listed
5. Tap on the Pro yearly subscription (hint: it's the less expensive one)

1. To confirm this is the Pro yearly subscription, tap “See All Plans”

   

2. You should see that the current active subscription is “Voxer Pro Subscription”. You can ignore the Pro + AI subscriptions that you see in this list. Tap the close (X) button to return to the previous screen.

   

3. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

   

That's it! Your Pro subscription is now canceled.

After your Pro subscription expires, you should only see one Voxer subscription when you go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
