Can't record audio messages for more than 9 or 10 seconds?
This issue is caused by an interference with the multi-touch functionality on the screen of your phone, either by a case or by some sort of film or screen protector. Please remove all accessories from the phone and try recording audio messages.
If you would like to continue to use a case, film or screen protector, please switch the app recording to 'Tap to Talk' under your settings > audio & notifications. That will allow for longer recordings.
If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket via the feedback feature in the app.
