Are you getting emails saying a contact "Sent you a message on Voxer"? Just open Voxer and look for your unheard messages.
Voxer follows up on unheard messages after a duration of time with a notification email, so us Voxaholics do not ever miss a message! These notifications apply to one-on-one chat or a message from a contact in a group chat.
If you prefer not to receive our message notification emails, you can unsubscribe in the email footer.
We love that you are such a super user and do not need our email reminders, but some appreciate the bonus notifications.
