Can't update profile picture or change name

Some users may not be able to update their profile picture or name if they have originally logged in with facebook. In order to resolve the issue, you will need to disconnect your account from facebook login by following these steps: 

For an iOS device:

1, From chat menu > Settings button > Account > Log Out
2. Tap on the 'Forgot Password?' button and follow the prompts to reset your password.
3. On the Voxer sign-in screen, log in with your email address and new password (DO NOT LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK)

For an Android device:

1, From chat menu press the menu button on your device, and choose Settings.
2. Press Account and then Log Out
3. Tap on the 'Forgot Password?' button and follow the prompts to reset your password.
3. On the Voxer sign-in screen, log in with your email address and new password.(DO NOT LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK)

You will now be able to update and save your profile changes.
