Message ID's are used by the Voxer development team to look into message audio issues further.
If you are experiencing an audio issue with your Voxer app and have been asked by the Voxer Support team to provide a message ID, you can retrieve the message ID by following these steps:
ANDROID
- Open chat.
- Select a message (specifically the message which you are experiencing issues).
- Hold down on the time stamp until a popup appears. This will automatically copy the message ID details to your clipboard.
- Paste message ID in response to a support ticket or you can send it via the Feedback feature in the app.
iOS
- Open chat
- Select a message (specifically the message which you are experiencing issues).
- Go to the message detail by clicking on the arrow on the right side.
- Hold down on the map/location sharing info until a popup appears. This will automatically copy the message ID details to your clipboard.
- Paste message ID in response to a support ticket or you can send it via the Feedback feature in the app.
