How to Clear Badge Counts on iPhone

Below are steps to clear the badge count on the Voxer app icon on the home screen of your phone.

There are several ways to clear the badge count within the app so if you haven't attempted the way (below) please give it a try!

1. Go to your Chats List (homepage) - do not go into the individual chats

2. Pull down

3. Tap Edit - do not select individual chats

4. Tap mark all as read

- Please note, you will not want to select the individual chat bubbles when you pull down to find edit as this will not clear the badge count, nor will going into individual chats and marking all as read, unfortunately.
